  • The video must clearly display the damage or defect.

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Claim Process
To initiate a claim:

  • Attach the unboxing video as proof.

  • Our team will review your request.

4. Resolution
If your claim is approved:

  • We will offer a replacement of the product at no additional cost.

  • In cases where a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

5. Important Notes

  • Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • Minor variations in color, print, or size due to photography or production are not considered defects.

  • We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions.
